Why Goldheart

In 2023 there are 13,109 car dealerships in the UK. Some good and some not so good. But how do WE operate? Hopefully, the below gives you some 'peace of mind' when dealing with us. If you have more questions, feel free to get in touch with us here.

Do you buy from auction?
Simply, no. All our vehicles are sourced either from private individuals or part exchange. This way, we have direct contact with the previous owner and can ask any questions and understand the history of the vehicle better.
What type of cars do you buy?
We predominantly buy German sports & performance cars under 5 years old with less than 40,000 miles. But we don't turn our nose up at something a little bit unusual or special. If it has full-service history and is in great condition, give us a call or complete our SELL YOUR CAR form.
What are you opening / viewing times?
Our normal operating hours are below but we understand most people's working hours are 9am - 5pm which is why we're always available to chat any hour of the day. We often sell cars late in the evenings / weekends and can work around your schedule.
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
Saturday: 10am - 2pm
Sunday: Closed
Can we just turn up and view your cars?
Unfortunately, not. To give you the best experience, we work on an appointment only basis. Also, some of our cars may be off-site getting prepared for sale so it's always best to book an appointment.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and cash up to a certain limit. We also accept all major debit / credit cards up to a certain limit.
Do you offer finance?

Are your vehicles HPI clear?
Yes. We actually think we do some of the most through checks in the industry. As well as being HPI checked, all our vehicles are V checked for salvage history and VOSA mileage verified.
Do you accept part exchange?
Yes, we accept most part exchanges.
What warranty do you offer?
We offer 3 months warranty which covers all mechanical & electrical parts. You can find our range of extended warranty packages HERE.
Do you offer ceramic coating?
Yes, we offer various ceramic coating products, and our prices start from £295. We can keep the cost low as we've already done the majority of the work preparing the car for sale i.e. any paint correction and polishing work required. For more in-depth detailing work please see HERE.
What's your sales tactics?
We're not a car Supermarket where we do the 'hard' sell. We buy the right stock, prepare them well and price our cars competitively. Most people who view our cars purchase them, not because we're great sales people but because our cars do the talking. We don't need to sell as our cars sell themselves.
Is extended warranty a scam?
Believe it or not, we don't actually make much money from selling warranty. It's important to protect your investment in case anything goes wrong, and we genuinely stand by our warranty provider, Autoguard. We've had to 'kiss a lot of frogs' before we found a genuine partner who does what they say. We want you to have the best experience with your car and it brings some 'peace of mind' knowing that your asset is protected, and protected well.
